Used, unless otherwise stated. All items are sold as is; however,
we strive to ensure customer satisfaction. If you feel an
item has been misrepresented and is not what you thought you were purchasing, please contact
us to work out an adjustment. An item may be returned for a refund
if arrangements have been made within two days of receipt of
the item. Shipping charges will not be reimbursed and the buyer must pay shipping costs to return an item.
The returned item must be received in its original condition
to qualify for a refund.
Most Reference Books and Price Guides are New in unused condition unless specifically stated.
Most items are shipped using U.S. Priority Mail with either Delivery Confirmation or Insurance. Insurance is required on all high value glassware and may be optional on packages of lower value. Delivery Confirmation will be required if the package is not insured.
We do ship internationally. Please e-mail for shipping charges and conditions for international shipment.
We strive to ship at the lowest cost and will charge actual
postage, along with no more than $2 per package for packing supplies.
We are happy to combine items when possible to save on shipping charges.
Payment can be made by Money Order, check or through PayPal Payment. If a personal check is received, the package will be held up
to 10 days for the check to clear the bank. Packages will be shipped within 48
hours after receipt of a Money Order or PayPal payment confirmation. International buyers must pay by PayPal, International Postal Money Order or Registered Letter with U.S. Dollars.
